Free Text Messaging for a Month
Text messaging from your website is a fast, cheap and easy way to contact your members. These days nearly everyone has a mobile phone on them at all times, meaning you can get your message to your congregation instantly.

Sending text messages from your ChurchInsight website is simple. You’ve already got everyone’s contact details so you just need to write the message in the web office, select who you want from the address book, and click send.
Texting through ChurchInsight only costs around 8 pence plus VAT per text, cheaper than many mobile phone providers. You don’t have to buy credits or pay a fee – simply send the messages whenever you want and the cost will be added to your monthly bill.
A whole month of texting free, with no strings attached
To introduce our customers to the texting service, we’re offering a calendar month of text messaging absolutely free. For the whole month of March 2012, you will not be charged for any text messages that you send through your ChurchInsight website.
It’s the perfect way to give texting a go. Or, if you’re already using the service, you can just enjoy the usage for nothing! There are no obligations – at the end of the month, you can simply stop sending text messages, or carry on into April to be charged at the normal rate.
There is a default limit on the texting service of 100 messages per day. Please contact us if you require a higher amount. The default sender – the name that shows up on the recipients’ phones – is INSIGHT. Change the sender name (takes 7 days to take effect).
No sign up – try texting immediately
To start communicating with your members through free text messages, simply start sending texts from your web office on 1 March 2012.
A minority of our customers do not have text messaging enabled on their websites. If you are not sure, or do not know who in your organisation controls the messaging, contact support@churchinsight.com who will help you to find out.
